PROFILE

夏井　瞬　/ NATSUI SHUN
1981年東京生、育英工業高等専門学校電子工学科を卒業した後、
国内某電機メーカーにてメモリ回路設計開発に携わる。
4年後に退職し、LONDONへ留学。現地の様々な文化に触れ、デザイナーへの道を志す為帰国。
後にデジタルハリウッドグラフィックアートデザイナー専攻にてデザインを学び、
同科卒業後、アイレット(株)にて約2年Flashを中心としたWEB制作に取り組む。
2008年5月 独立し、主にFlashを使用したリッチコンテンツを含むWEB制作、
ロゴ・名刺などのグラフィック制作、モーショングラフィックなどの映像制作など幅広く活動中。

Born in Tokyo in 1981.
After graduating from Ikuei college of technology, engaged in memory circuit
design development for a domestic electronic company. Left the company 4 years
later and went on to study in London.
Having encountered its vast range of cultures in the biggest city in Europe,
decided to go back to the home country to pursue the dream to become a designer.
Studied at Digital Hollywood and specialised in graphic art designer course.
On completion of the course, received a job offer from iret.inc and spent the next
two years on Flash-based web designing. In May 2008, became self-employed
and have been involved in various designing jobs, which includes
1.Flash-based rich contents websites,
2. graphics such as logo and business card design and
3. video works with motion graphics.

CONCEPT 『イイ人』

自分の考えるモノ作りの理念であり、ベースとなっているものは「人と人の繋がり」。
制作を行う上でとても大切な事というのは、アウトプットされた物の見栄え、役割だけでなく、
クライアントとの「人と人の繋がり」である思っております。
一案件の短い期間だけの関係だけではなく、「人」として長いお付き合いができるよう、一生懸命に勤めて行く次第です。
そしてクライアントと制作側が、心で向き合って造り出されたモノこそ、本当の意味で「イイモノ」だと確信しております。
クライアントに満足して頂く事は勿論の事。更に人としてお互いの存在が「イイ人」だったね。と、
心から思える、そんな心地の良い関係を仕事を通して築く事が、モットウであり、物作りの醍醐味だと考えております。
人との繋がりを最大限に生かしたクリエイションこそ、物作りの原点だと思っております。

Human relationship - This is what lies in the foundation of my creation. What's important in the production process is not only the look of the output or its functions but also the relationship with the clients. My intention is to build a good relationship not just over a single project but for a longer term. That is because I am convinced that "iimono(good stuff)" is produced only when the client and the producer sit down and face one another heart to heart. To satisfy clients' needs is a must thing to do. But on top of that, my motto is to build a comfortable relationship where, having worked together, we can look at each other and say in the heart and from the heart "Ah, these are "iihito(good people)"." And I also believe that that is the source and the real attraction of various creative activities.
